Shipping Policy

Placing Orders

When you place an order through our website or by phone, our system automatically selects the most cost-effective shipping method for your location. Whenever possible, we use standard parcel carriers.

Important: FedEx and UPS do NOT deliver to PO (Post Office), APO (Army Post Office), or FPO (Fleet Post Office) Boxes. To avoid delays, please ensure your shipping address is a valid street address.

Shipping charges are calculated based on the ship-to address and the size/weight of your items. Please note that carriers are unable to guarantee delivery on a specific day or at a specific time.

Standard Shipping

Most in-stock items are delivered within 3–5 business days.

Note: For manufactured items, express shipping begins after the item is completed—not at the time of order submission.

FedEx & UPS

We ship many items via FedEx or UPS. These carriers require a valid street address and cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

USPS (United States Postal Service)

Smaller orders under 5 pounds may ship via USPS. This is the only carrier we use that can deliver to a PO Box. Restrictions may apply.

Freight Delivery

Large or heavy items are shipped via freight trucks (28' or 53'). These shipments typically arrive Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, unless otherwise arranged with the carrier.

Freight Delivery Requirements:

· Delivery address must be accessible to a freight truck (minimum 10' wide street and 14' overhead clearance).

· Someone must be present to sign for the delivery.

· The driver will move the shipment to the back of the truck; customers are responsible for unloading.

· Freight companies do not remove packaging materials.

· Redelivery fees or shipment refusals will be charged to the original payment method.

If your location is not accessible by freight truck, you may need to pick up your order at a delivery terminal or provide an alternate shipping address.

In the event of visible damage or shortages, note the issue on the freight bill and accept the delivery. Then, contact our customer service team for assistance.

Additional Charges

Some orders may require:

· Lift gate service if a loading dock is not available

· Special crate packaging for fragile items

· Multi-truckload shipments for oversized orders
