Refund policy

Returns

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a replacement or full merchandise credit (excluding shipping) upon receipt of returned items. Items must be in original packaging and like-new condition.

Special and custom orders are non-returnable, but defective parts will be replaced. We do not accept C.O.D. or collect shipments.

Returns made after 30 days but within 90 days will be reviewed. If approved, a merchandise credit minus a 25% restocking fee may be issued. The item must be unused, in like-new condition, and in original packaging. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Please clearly write your order number on the outside of the box. Inside, include at least one of the following: your invoice number, order number, or account number, along with a reason for the return.

Allow 2–3 weeks for return processing. Returns returned without prior authorization may be refused.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective product within 30 days of purchase, INDIV Farm Supply will, at our discretion, either issue a refund or exchange the item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs until the product is inspected and declared defective. Once verified, we will reimburse both the product cost and the return shipping expense.

For claims made after 30 days, we will inspect the returned item upon receipt. If declared defective, we will issue a replacement or issue a credit for future INDIV Farm Supply purchases.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the defect is confirmed, in which case both the product cost and shipping will be reimbursed.

Please note: Refunds or replacements of defective products are only issued after the returned item has been received, inspected, and declared defective.

Warranted Products

If a product is covered under warranty by INDIV Farm Supply, its vendor, or the manufacturer, all applicable warranty terms and conditions will apply. Manufacturer warranties supersede all warranties offered by INDIV Farm Supply.
